When alignment is achieved, we formalise our understanding in a term sheet. This recognises the vision, team, and shared potential we see, as well as reflects mutual respect, realistic ambition, and loyal commitment.

We are selective, careful, and deeply committed to the companies we choose to back. For the opportunities that advance to here, we conduct a detailed due diligence process: validating assumptions, mitigating risks, and providing real value.

Once a partnership is in place, we get actively involved, providing strategic guidance (often through a Board seat), practical support, and rare access to our networks. Helping to navigate challenges, and unlock growth.
